HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE AN ORDER?

Your order is dispatched in 2 to 3 days after the passage of this one. It is then sent in a tracked parcel, so you have to count on a period of 4 to 10 days excluding weekends and public holidays to receive it in metropolitan France.

Our average delivery times are then 5 to 28 working days anywhere in the world. In any case, if you do not receive your item(s) within 60 days then we will refund you in full and you can keep your order when you receive it.

Where do we deliver and what are the delivery costs?

We deliver all over the world. Delivery costs are offered for France, the European Union and Switzerland, and are calculated according to the value of the order for the rest of the world.

Where are you from ?

Our company is based in France. We print and ship our items from the Gard, where our printing workshop is located, which is managed by a company specializing in textile printing.

Who delivers my item?

Your items are sent to you by letter followed or Colissimo, a post office tracking number will be sent to you when the order is dispatched.

Can you tell me more about the printing techniques and materials you use?

We use one of the most innovative technologies on the market in the world of textile printing, namely direct digital printing (DTG). This technique consists of making very fine jets of color drops, which are then absorbed by the fibers of the garment, which guarantees very high precision, impeccable rendering, and a long lifespan for the products.

All of our products are made from organic organic cotton, with the exception of sweatshirts and hoodies which are made from organic cotton and recycled polyester.

We work with the Stanley/Stella brand, which is committed to sustainable development, by producing only organic cotton, which allows production without chemical products (neither fertilizers nor pesticides), which are labeled GOTS, which is the strictest organic fiber textile certification.

In addition, the brand is committed to guaranteeing dignified working conditions for its employees.

What to do in case of error on the size or color?

You have 30 days after receipt of your order to contact us. We will then exchange the item(s) of the correct size or color.
A Size Guide is available for each item, do not hesitate to contact us if you have any doubts or questions.

How do I return an item and get a refund?

Before any return, please contact us by email at hello@froggydelyk.com so that we can explain the return and exchange procedure to you.

If we made a mistake when sending your order, contact us as soon as possible and we will do what is necessary to send you the correct item or issue a refund.

What if no one is home?

Your items will be left in your PO Box if they are small enough. Otherwise, your package will be left at your post office where you can collect it.

 

I made a mistake, what should I do?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us immediately and we'll be happy to update your information. Otherwise and in accordance with our general conditions of sale, once an order has been sent from our workshop, no more changes can be made.

Is your site secure?

This site is 100% secure. And to tell the truth, we could even say that it is 300%. Here's why: First, the site you are visiting is on an HTTPS server (the little green padlock on the left side of the URL of this page is there to remind you). Most sites only secure their "basket" and everything related to the payment of orders. On this site, ALL PAGES are secure and cannot be hacked or targeted by malware. Finally, concerning the payment, we use Stripe and Paypal which are the references in terms of security of transactions on the Internet.

What payment methods are available?

Currently, you can pay by credit card or via Paypal on our site. We do not accept bank checks, bank transfers or payment on receipt.
